What we build
One AI model that identifies the serial on an end-of-life device in under a second, and one immutable record that every deployment writes to. The deployments are only where the record gets made — a phone on a collection, a locked-down tablet, a station at the bench, a unit on the shredder, a head over the belt, or an integration into the system you already run.
We work in ITAD and secure destruction because it is an industry where the record is the product. The tools available were built to read barcodes, at a time when nobody was being asked to evidence a chain of custody device by device.
Who we build it for
ITAD and secure destruction operators first. They carry the obligation, they feel the ten seconds a device, and they are who the product was designed around.
Then the equipment manufacturers who want capture built into the machine rather than bolted alongside it, and the data centers decommissioning their own estate and answering to their own internal audit rather than to a client's.
Who we are
A small team that has spent its working life in information security — handling sensitive information, running the reviews, and chasing breaches that turned out to be a missing asset rather than an attacker.
That is the reason this product is shaped the way it is. We have been the person asked to prove what happened to one device, eight months later, from a spreadsheet. It is not a good afternoon.
The security credentials behind the design are set out on the product page, attributed to the people who hold them rather than to the company. We are not certified to ISO 27001 or SOC 2 and we say so plainly wherever it comes up.
